Simple Search

The Simple Search allows you to look for any words describing a sound recording, or person or organisation/group.

Enter the words you wish to search for. For more specific results you can:

  • search on a phrase using quotes e.g. "Māori Battalion"
  • include a word by using + (and), e.g. "Māori Battalion"+concert
  • exclude a word by using - (not), e.g. "Māori Battalion"-Italy
  • search on part of a word by using * (starts with) e.g. sing*
